Essential Baby Gear
Babies grow fast, and having extra essentials on hand is always helpful!
- Straw Cups – A great addition for babies learning to drink independently; we completely skipped sippy cups! Plus, they’re cutie little spring colors. LOVE these cups.
- Silicone Bibs – Less mess, more fun at mealtime! We’re stocked up on these bad boys.
- Baby Silverware – Because every parent knows that kids LOVE adult versions of EVERYTHING. We love these utensils!

Sensory and Developmental Toys
Babies are constantly exploring the world around them, so toys that engage their senses are a perfect fit.
- Crinkle Books – Babies love the sound and texture of crinkle books. We have FOUR of these books!
- Rattles and Maracas – Perfect for tiny hands to shake and explore sound. The CUTEST egg maracas
- Egg Matching Game – This one is a HIT with the kiddos, and… well… they’re eggs! Check it out!
- Teething Toys – I will ALWAYS recommend a freezeable teether: like this one!
- Hidden Farm Animals – A simple, yet adorable toy for perfecting fine motor skills! Here’s the link for it!
Easter-Themed Goodies
A little festive flair makes everything more fun!
- Bunny Ear Headband – For the cutest Easter photos EVER.
- Easter-Themed Board Books – Stories like Never Touch a Grumpy Bunny or You’re My Little Honey Bunny make sweet additions. My kids can vouch for these picks as well!
- Stuff Some Eggs – I stuffed 3 eggs with baby puff snacks to put in my baby’s first easter basket!

Yummy Treats!
Even though babies can’t have all the sugar they ever wanted (booooo), there are plenty of baby-friendly treats to include.
- Teething Wafers – A safe and tasty snack for babies starting solids. We like these!
- Puffs or Teething Biscuits – Perfect for tiny hands learning to self-feed and practice their pincer grasp! Here’s a solid choice! They even have a bone broth option!!
- Fruit Puree Pouches – WONDERFUL for on-the-go and whenever your little babe wants a snack! Feel like making your own pouches? I used these to store my baby’s purees! Don’t have time for all that? I recommend these premade pouches!

Random Stuff I NEEDED To Include
These are things that I would 100% buy for my baby/buy again, regardless of the holiday, so maybe they’d make for good Easter gifts too!
- Baby Couch – Nothing funnier than seeing your 13 month old literally lounging in their seat and drinking milk. This is the one we have! (It’s washable, of course!)
- Sun Hat – With warmer weather coming, it’s a perfect time to keep baby shaded. This is the one we use!
- Portable Baby Chair – These Pop ‘N Sit chairs are so STINKIN CUTE. Also, so handy. Honestly a need.
- Pastel Bath Toys – No holes, shakeable, and CUTE! My nearly 2-year-old has been playing with these toys since 6 months old!
All Said and Done
You don’t need to go overboard—just a few of these fun and useful items will make baby’s first (or second) Easter extra special. Fill a small, cheap $1 basket, an adorable fabric tote, or even a baby-sized Easter bucket, and you’re all set!
